Resetting The Fuel Economy Meter?

I recently traded in my old Corolla for a second-hand 2002 Avensis. I did not get a manual with it and I would like to know how I can reset the fuel economy meter and the average speed meter? (pardon me if I’m using the wrong terms - English is not my first language).

I want to see what my statistics are like without the previous owner’s driving habits being part of the calculation.

Press trip button to select desired function (average mpg for example).

Press and hold trip button until a 'beep' is heard and display reads '0'

Repeat for other functions.
