I took some frozen bread out of are freezer last night only to find it turn it to a loaf of mushroom's, Bonus I love mushroom's on bean's

Shouldn't happen :( Is your freezer set too low ?

Put it in fresh. Take it out & use it as soon as it is thawed

That's what I do & I have to buy my mushrooms :lol2:

I used to find that I'd freeze most things, bread, sausages, bacon etc as you can never eat a whole packet before the sell-by date so I'd buy food on offer (BOGOF or Buy 2 get 3rd free) on bread, sausages & bacon and freeze 80% of it.... only issue with that is a full freezer!
