Have Anyone Sorted Out "the Noise"?

I was wondering if someone has sorted out what the noise from the engine is... the one on youtube. i have it myself, and it seems to appear more often when its cold outside.

I can see that it is a problem for more rav4 4.2 d4d owners.. i have to find out what it is, because it gives me fever...
