I have never used them yet, but my Daughter does, as her cat is an antisocial grouch who doesn't like my pair

The one she uses has a little run, well fenced in, so they can get out to play. Your pair would be housed together, so no loneliness problems & upsets. You might even get a reduction for 2 sharing

They won't take them unless you have up to date vaccination certs. It isn't cheap- I don't know exactly what she pays, but I do know that.

I'd stick Alfie in a cattery no problem, he's happy as long as he's fed & got a bed! Jess is a different kettle of fish... I would worry about her too much being in a cattery.

I know how you feel - I was going to put my father in a cattery as its way cheaper than a nursing home, but he didn't have a pet!
