Fizz have you tried the following?

On your main MSN Window, press 'ALT' then 'T'(for tools menu, then 'OPTIONS' at the bottom of the drop down list, then on the dialog box, the list on the left click 'PRIVACY' and theres a button you can 'see who has added you to their list', click it right click them and 'ADD TO CONTACTS'

in short, Tools>Options>Privacy>See who has Added You....> right click each and ADD

You my friend are a !Removed! life saver! :D Granted i have a list as big as the 'to do list' which my wife likes to write for me but at least i can grab what i need a step at a time!
