Hi Everyone, I was just wondering if I could get some help. Im going to be service my 2003 Toyota Celica T-Sport Soon and was wondering if anyone has a list of things that this service would require?

e.g Oil Type, Filters, Spark Plugs

Any Help I Would be really grateful.

Thanks, :D

Do you know when it was last serviced....that would give peeps an indication of what would need changing.

It was last serviced 10,000 miles ago by a small garage and last toyota dealership service was at 80,000 miles (20,000 miles ago)

I just think being mechanically minded it will save me a fortune doing it myself.

Thanks,

Well if your up for the job.... you may as well go the full hog... and change everything.

If it's a new car to you....just for that piece of mind, new sparks, HT leads, all new filters and fluids, check out pads and disks...(just to be on the safe side).

Check the cam belt too.

New Iridium Plugs should have been fitted at 60K, if so, there's no need to replace until 120K. Don't try checking the Cam Belt, I think you'll struggle to find it :D

I've just put Halfords 5W30 part synthetic in my T Sport and has really quietened it down when cold and made it much smoother but not sure if such a thin oil is good for 8k+ rpm...

I use Magnatec 5W30 fully synth in my 140, but if I had the VVTL-i engine I'd be using 5W40 for peace of mind at high revs.
