Difference Between Tns510 And Tns700

I am about to buy the new Avensis but I dont know witch Navigation to chose. I have the TNS600 in my Corolla Verso and I am very happy with it. I can choose between the TNS510 and TNS700. But what are the difference between the TNS510, TNS600 and TNS700 ? I have tried to search for the manuals but I cant not find any. Can anyone tell me the difference and help be choose Thanks Benja
