Oil Leak

Have been noticing larger and larger drips of oil on my drive. Had a look under the car today and can see oil dripping from the bottom of the gearbox. The area is so dirty that it is quite hard to see where its coming from. I tried to remove the plate securing the bottom of the gearbox to the around the sump however the exhaust gets in the way of the last bolt (which have siezed).

The drivers side inner CV appears to have been replaced. Would i be right in thinking that the sump or the gearbox driveshaft seal could be leaking. If it's the driveshaft how hard a job is it to change the seal?

Once last question how big are the filling hole in the gearbox. I have tried a 22mm however this does not fit and don't want to buy a 23mm if its a 24mm with how much they cost.

Car is a '99 Yaris 1L.

Cheers

Gearbox filler bolt is a 24mm for those interested.

The gearbox took over 1/2 litre of 75w90 so quite a lot. Does anyone know how much the gearbox seal is (drivers side)
