Drum To Disc Brake Conversion

What would it take to change drum brakes to disc brakes. Would it be just a case of puttin the disc on the hub etc and connecting the brake lines or would it take more than that?

It's just that I'm not keen on the idea of having my beautiful drums showing once I've put my new wheels on as I am still on steel wheels n some lovely kerbed trims from the previous owner.

this has already been done, try searching.

you do need more than just the discs pads & brake hoses but I can't remember off hand what else was required
