I have a w reg 1.8 avensis gs,in a morning the accelerator pedal is quite stiff but once ive pressed down on it its then ok,it seems to be like this in a morning when the car has been left a few hours.Any ideas to what it could be?

how do i do that? lol

follow the cable to the throttle body

and make sure its clean on that side

squirt some lubrication fluid on it
