After Changing Battery What Needs Resetting?

Hi all,

I have a 53 D4D T Spirit and I changed my Battery a couple of months ago. I then found that the auto windows didn't work and after searching on here I found out that they need resetting. I would like to know what else needs resetting. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

the only think that needs reseting is the auto windows that you reset by holding button up.
