D4d Servicing

Right guys not posted for a while. I have decided to not have toyota service the car any longer and since I am a competent diy'er, I want to carry out the service myself. The car is a d4d toyota avensis 2004. It has 60k miles on the clock. I want to carry out the biggest service, and I also think I should (opinions please!) clean the egr, maf, throttle body any other items that experienced avensis owners recommend. However I do need instruction on these items as I have never dealt with a diesel. Links for such maintenance possibly?
