Verso Seat Lock Covers

I recently acquired a second-hand 2005 Yaris Verso T-Spirit from a Toyota dealer. When stowing away the rear seats as per the manual, there was an instruction to insert the 4 x seat lock covers, but I could not find them anywhere. When challenging the dealer about their whereabouts, I was told I would have to pay approx £40 incl VAT for all 4 of them. Is this reasonable for a T-Spirit model which is supposed to be the top of the range, or is it another rip-off?
