Halo/led Lights And Induction/filter Kit

Im looking at these for my orange/gold 02 t-sport will the kit fit well? anyone tried have it/tried it? Lights Im thinking black but there is chrome available what colour you guys think? Are they going to give off enough light at night? Or do I have to swap out the bulbs with HID bulbs/ xenon kit (think ill have to)
