2008 avensis 2.2 giving starting problem. the car starts fine in the cold, every morning it start fine but if i turn off the engine and start again it will take very long self to start, filters are changed, new starter motor still the same problem, but if i pump the primary pump on the top of diesel filter and than start the car it will start fine.

Best way to do diagnostics, but i heard that stuck fuel pressure regulation valve (dont know how its called but it's on fuel pump mounted with 2 screws) can cause this problem.
