About Me

Retired fireman, London Fire Brigade, who spent 26 years being paid to do one of the best jobs in the world and have lots of fun. Trouble was though whilst fighting my last ever fire I happened to be standing in the wrong place and at the wrong time, a ceiling collapsed onto me.... OUCH! Hence I had to retire a little earlier than anticipated. Anyway, now I am working for my Local Planning Authority in Romford and enjoying a new phase in my life.
My wife and I enjoy our holidays and love the sunshine and heat.... I find the Caribbean ideal, whether it be to Florida, Mexico or one of the islands.
