We have revamped our dealer review section, and you can find it visting the Toyota Dealer Review Centre.

This section is one of the Club’s most important and powerful features. Most of us own Toyota vehicles, and most of us, consequently, use Toyota dealerships to service and maintain our cars.

Praising good service and publicising bad service is a way for all of our members to make informed decisions about which Toyota dealers to use, based on the opinions and real-life experiences of others. Used properly, these reviews can also help dealerships that are causing customer dissatisfaction to understand where they are going wrong and improve their service.

All that we ask is that you keep your comments factual (we don’t want any law suits!). We know that senior people at Toyota Great Britain look at these reviews too, and your comments really can make a difference.

Please take the time to write a review (good or bad) following every visit to a Toyota dealership.
