it does'nt do it all the time only now and then,and only when it gets over 4500 revs,can it be altered,tightened????

It's shafted mate. I drove mine for a while after it started doing what you describe (cos I was skint) but you lose the enjoyment.

Your best options for replacement (assuming you want to uprate and you have a GT4 guessing from your username) are Helix (try Fensport) or Clutchmasters, which you'll need to get from the US. If you are feeling flush then get a Blitz active (expensive but include lightweight flywheel...).
