99 Avensis Locks ,help

My brothers avensis was broken into last night and the handle and drivers side locks have had it,my father in law has replaced the locks in the door so it now opens,he put a new handle in the driver side door.He used a different barrel for the door as the original one was broken and he now needs a key for the barrel.Best place to get one anyone? any ideas?

if you take the barrel to with the key to a autolocksmith they can adjust the lock to the ignition key.. got a guy in bradford will do it take 1hr...
