those valve springs and retainers shipped to your door are around £250 with taxes etc

then youll need a decent map to raise lift

dropping those valve springs in your car will give you no power...they protect your valve train from blowing up.

£200 for new valves

labour will kill you.....thats bottom end building.................

IMHO - at bit pointless without fast road/high lift cams as you make any more power at that rpm with a standard setup.

If youre getting a rebuild, it would be well worth it. Would be nice on the track as you could really hold on to a gear
