hi all..

I have an ongoing problem with my 97 picnic. whenever i start driving it and slow the car down (with the foot on the brake - especially during crawling traffic), it makes an awful noise from the rear wheels which can only be described as scraping nails across a blackboard. Ive had them changed 3 months+ ago and cleaned the dust out of the drums but to avail n even bought brake cleaning spray!!!! Any ideas of what to do as im at my whits end!!!!!!!
