It's a shame that more couldn't make it but even if there were only a couple of us going I wouldn't miss this.

Below is the email sent to the Millers

I have just returned from holiday and never received a reply from the “18th” request so will work on the 11th of December date if that is ok.

We have confirmed for Friday 11th December.

3 X Double/Twin rooms

3 X Single rooms.

Do you want me to do the usual £10 deposit as previous years?

I will get the menu list sorted as soon as possible and forward it on.

I've simplified things as I can't spell some of the words too well!

Obviously, these will be accompanied with a few light sherberts (or vodka if theres no sherbert left ;) )

In previous years you have sent me a cheque which I then forwarded on to the hotel, as some people don't use cheques this became a bit of a problem, I assume everybody uses plastic so the best way will be to ring THE MILLERS HOTEL on 01827 880223 and pay the deposit of £10 PER PERSON it is very straightforward as you know and will save a lot of hassle.

COULD YOU PLEASE PAY THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND LET ME KNOW YOU HAVE DONE IT SO I CAN CONFIRM IT ON THE FIRST POST
