Clock - Daylight Savings

My gen 3 T -Spirit is not recognising daylight savings. Am I missing something obvious here?

The ordinary clock is manually set by the 3 little buttons hiding near the instrument/HUD dimmer switches.

Not sure about SatNav time, have not been into that menu as yet.

Yup - ordinary clock needs to be set by the buttons on the dash.

On the Satnav options screen, there's a button for "clock" which has Daylight Saving Time on/off. Turn it "off" and the satnav clock goes back an hour (as I discovered on Sunday :) )

Mad isnt't it? The car is super clever technology wise and even has an option to park itself, yet doesn't update for daylight savings time!

lol well you can't have it all.

I think it's mad that we have to keep changing the clocks twice a year. I'd prefer to stay on Summer Time all year round.

what are you doing with all the clocks and watches in the house when the time changes twice a year?

tavy, Sunday morning I work my way around the house adjusting or checking the self-adjusting ones, that's 35 devices with clocks, which I assume is a fairly typical quantity. I start with the central heating timer and then work my through them down to the small, portable devices. This Sunday, I've been lazy so a number of clocks still need to be changed.

I usually forget the car (this Autumn has been no different), and I always think that'll I remember to do that clock when I next drive the car

My wrist watch and several of the clocks in the house are regulated by radio from the atomic clock and adjust themselves. Radios, TVs and PCs do something similar. We have three old clocks that I adjust manually when I get round to it and the clocks on the cooker, the microwave and the external security lights also need adjustment.

It's a bit surprising that a car with as much technology as the Prius doesn't take its time signal from a radio or some such, but its easy enough to adjust by hand.
