Fascia Adaptor

Hi. i have recently changed my HU in my 06 celica to a standard double din unit and i now need a pre facelift fasica adaptor that was fitted with the original sony unit. if anyone has one or knows where i could get on from this would be of much use

No the original one that is fitted inside the centre console on the pre facelift model. as in pics below.

only comes with the complete centre section that it is clipped to. £107+vat an most of it i dont need. Scrapyard is gonna be the last resort.

And i thought the air-vent trim i got for my car was OTT on the price

Try eBay for bits, surprised what you can find on there sometimes, otherwise try a breakers yard as you said.

yeah will have a look on the bay. i thought this was gonna be an easy mod!! i dint realise the later toyota head unit was biggeer than standard double din units.

Nothing is easy in a Toyota.

I fitted a double DIN H/U into the air-trim i got, and found it had gaps on each side, like so

I managed to get little bits of trim to hide the gaps like so

Just hope your doesn't need as much work as mine did
