she come from germany, she have 45000kms and they engine have just been changed

but I'm worried about it

first of all there are some pieces missing in the engine bay but that is not my main trouble

the big thing is a big knocking noise when i start the engine and also when accelerating or slowing down, or when i pass over a hump

i read there are some issues with exhaust system maybe it's that or not

so if i can find a little help :D

See, a 5 door Compressor, Stupid Toyota for not giving us this ....... urrghhhhhhhh !!!!!!

Anyways, welcome fella, no idea about your problem, could be a number of things, maybe a comp owner will be able to help more.

Try narrowing it a little, is it a heavy solid noise or more tinny ? May narrow it a bit for you ....

Hi there.

maybe it is the ABS test knock?

never heard it on my previous CTS

and it would not make it while driving or on a bump

got this answer from TTE

"Many thanks for your inquiry and congratulation to the new car.

With regards to the noise please ask your dealer to check the front part of the exhaust system which is fitted to the header.

We experienced that Corolla TS has got a problem with a separator which comes lose. That's a phenomenon for Corolla TS with 2ZZ engine in general, not specific for compressor models"

i'll go tomorrow to see my dealer

then i'll know what it is
