Cracked Windscreen Mr2 1990

Hi there, my windscreen is cracked on my 1990 uk mr2, does anyone know if its bonded and best left to someone else to replace for me? Also notice that driving over rough/uneven road surfaces the wheels are a bit squirrely, tryin to pull in different directions, more noticeably in the front left, would this be Track Rod Ends be needin replaced and how easy i.e. do i need any special tools? hope someone can help out, mot is due next week lol
