04 Tsc

Hi all,

I have a 2004 T-sport corolla in grey, wanting to lower it slightly but not far. What springs and where from?? Cannot find any springs that can be used reliably with the standard shocks, also not keen on a 35-40mm drop.

I have fitted a HID dipped beam kit with xenon side lights, it has a pipercross panel filter and i'm planning of sorting some kind of cold air feed into the standard airbox (got a pipercross cold air feed kit). It now has mintex drilled and grooved discs all round with mintex pads. I have tried to get a TTE bck box from toyota and not a chance is what i was told!! Is there any out there? Has anyone fitted a sports cat on there tsc? I am after 200bhp and thinks with the air feed, panel filter, and cat back i could reach this. Thinking of a sports cat and then a re-map to suit the set up too.

Any help and contacts/retailers you can recommend will be greatly appreciated.

2004... Pre or Post facelift??

Springs TTE/Eibach (effectively the same springs) offer a 30mm drop for pre facelift or 15mm drop for facelift (as it's 15mm lower than a pre)

TTE Backbox is a re-badged Remus

Parts King on here is your man, helpful dealer that offers a TOC discount too...

200bhp is achievable... but there is no re-map available anywhere... your only option there is piggy back ECU's

Yeah my bad only a ts! for some reason thought it stood for t-sport corolla, wasn't thinking like normal  wishing it was a tsc tho!

I was looking at the Eibach springs on POTN but it doesn't say they will fit the ts, it's the face lift so 15mm drop would suit me just fine. How do i contact the parts king?? There is a remus on eBay for roughly £320 is that about right? Failing that my mate works for a specialist exhaust company so will wait till his gaffa goes away and i will get a cat back for less money! Fancy a tsc style twin more i thinks  Put a few pics on now too, painted the toyota sybol on the center caps too. I like the standard wheels, would like them bigger but untill then i'm sticking with them! I must apologise for the crap pics I will get better ones soon.

Thanks for the advice.

320 for a remus backbox is way too expensive, 320 is sufficit to custom a down pipe + D CAT + backbox = noticeable gain

Hi and welcome,

I just had my car lowered and what a difference: you can see some pics here:

http://www.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=109937

I used Eibach pros spings (-30mm) ,they were designed to work fine with stock shocks. I ordered them from ruderacing. I paid £149 for springs and £100 to fit.

But u can get it a bit cheaper from potn.com, but they only dispatch on Wednesday.

Thanks for all the comments,

I am looking into springs now probs get some on order before next week, i love the standard sleeper thing so don't want the big drop  Fitted cold air feed into the standard air box 75mm diameter pipe, and have noticed a big difference with the panel filter too it picks up alot better throughout the revs! Didn't notice any difference with the panel filter on its own. I will get pics when the weather sorts itself out again! Should be in for a custom exhaust in june or july got to wait for mates rates ;) wanting a better cat to fit at the same time so where and which is the best sports cat to buy? I have been reading other posts and the magnaflow is popular, will probs ring them tommorrow.
