Anyone know what i need to measure up for them? and the best place to buy????????

Overall pipe length, angles and rotation of any angles i.e. one 90 degree bend pointing up, and another pointing down at the other end. Diameter too. Find and give as many dimensions as you can so they know what to build. Best idea would be to send them your old hose but I'm guessing you need usage of your car.

I'd go to Samco, they usually make kits if enough people sign up for them.

If you are doing it just for looks you an just get a chrome cover for them which I did. I really like it but may not be to your taste. If you want the improved cooling though then fire away. Just seems like wasted money if your just using it as a daily driver. :)
