Immobiliser Problems

Hi, i just bought a 1997 1.8 hatch back carina, the guy who sold me the car did not had any remote control. i just had the car service done, disconnected the Battery and cleaned all the terminals and refitted. Since doing this the alarm goes off every time i start the car can any one tell me how to disable the alarm/immobiliser please.

hi mate sorry i took so long i dont cheack my emails that oftan you can dissconnect the alarm but you will need to get new remote or get a cat 1 arlam fitted like i did after my stereo was stolen they my car was a right off after they bent the door frame out and it int east changing a door

turn the igniction on/off rapid 3 times that will cure the problem
