Cigarette Lighter/power Outlet Problems

I have a 2005 Corolla Verso - I now have very reduced power through both the front cigarette lighter AND the rear power outlet (not enough to power TomTom or iPod).

I have been told that it maybe a fuse problem, or a loose earth connection. Before I have to phone the dealer, has anybody got a fuse diagram??

In my 2006 TSpirit I lost power to both - fuse was located behind glovebox (open, push in the two sides and when it drops release the damper on theleft side to finally be able to remove. From there it should be labeld / as per the owners manual. Both my spade fuses had blown although I don't remember specifically shorting / ovrrloading either. Hope it helps
