Condensation In Rear Light Unit

when it gets very humid (most of winter), the indicator section of the rear right lens unit collects condensation even if the car has not been driven.

I was told by T it must be cracked unit. I've looked very hard but can not see (or feel) any crack.

Would like to take out the light unit off the car for a better look but can't!

I can only see one nut holding the unit. Even with this removed, the unit still won't move!

Any ideas or suggestions??

Looks like there are two nuts holding it in place: http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/p_U_2001_TOYOTA_RAV4_ACA26L-AWPNKA_8111.html

I am convinced that there is a damage to the light. I bet there is a leakage in the fuse between the lamp body and the clear glass.

Good Luck!
