Fail To Start

Hi,

I've just purchased a 07 Toyota Auris 2.oD 4-D

This morning when i turned the key to start it the dials lit up then there was just a click noise at which point the engine failed to start. It done this a few times then eventually started.

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.

Sounds like either your starter motors on it's way out, or the main cable running to it is a bit loose where it bolts onto the terminal.
