anyone having problem with their master window switch where if you try to put the passenger side window up, while holding the switch up it click into place and does not return down and by then the passenger is not able to operate their window switch,

put if i click it down manually the passenger is able to use their window. not too sure if it is because of a spring inside or something that is not working? but i cannot see what is catching the switch.

how do you take the master switch out to check?

anyone know how to remove the switch from the door??

excuse me for the late answer, but I was left in the vacation and no internet connection was available in my apartment.

regarding your problem, maybe at this time, you allready solved it, but my sollution will be usefull in the future to anybody else...

so, first time remove the inside door pannel in this way;

1.remove the door opener underneath screw cover

2.remove the door handle cover

3.remove those 3 screws

4.remove the inside door pannel starting from bellow,

then

5.remove the cables

6.remove releasing the 7 captures

7.remove the main switch releasing those 3 screws

ok i took it apart with not much of a hassle thanks tavy.

i tried to stop the window switch from locking on the upward switch, it seems to do that every few time i use it, and if i pull the switch softly it does not flick back to the normal point which is no movement.

i tried putting some oil on the switch to make sure its not getting stuck doesnt seem to help... oh well i've put everything back to where it was. at least i know how to take the door panel apart within about 5 to 10 minutes now.
