Automatic Gearbox's?

Hi

Im just trying to find out whether or not it is possible to put a replacement gearbox with a slightly different model number in a Toyota Prado. Our Prad has lost drive and we have been advised that the gearbox has gone probably due to water getting in it. Ive found another gear box but the model number on the plate differs slightly from mine. The pictures all look the same the plugs etc all seem to be the same.

our model number on the gearbox is 30-43LE and the one we have found is 30-40LE. I've tried to contact Toyota but they seem unable or unwilling to be much help.

Does anybody know about these gearboxes and if so please could they help
