Recaharging Air Con?

I tried out my air con the other day and it seems that it was actually warmer than just having my blowers set to cold

I'm guessing that my A/C unit needs recharging? How much roughly would it cost?

I been quoted £60 plus Vat for a service and recharge.

I said 60 not 600 No mate, Harrington Toyota, Portsmouth. Not a main franchise dealer just a Toyota trained specialist mechanic.

I'll just ring around a couple of air conditioning companies then and get a quote! Need it sorted seeing as I haven't got a T-bar!! :D

I paid just under £100 5 years ago, but that was to regas a celica.

Its worth getting the whole system checked first, as you don't want to get the aircon recharged to then find leaks (as I did).
