Wheel Refurbishment

Hi all,

I am hoping to get my original Corolla GTi wheels refurbished at some point in the near future. Below you can see the wheels that are currently on my car; AE_92 may recognise one of them!

I you like to know if you guys think they would come up OK with a shot-blast and powder coating.

I live in Ipswich, Suffolk, can anyone recommend a nearby place to get them done?

Also, what kind of price should I expect to pay?

Hi Stowie,

They should clean up just fine.

My mr2 mk1 wheels were like that and i rubbed then down myself and polished them up to a mirror finish.

I dont know of a powdercoat place in Ipswich but there is a great place in St Olaves near Haddiscoe in Norfolk called Aerocoat.

Hi Guys,

finally managed to take a photo! What do you think? I am very happy with the results.

When I get the opportunity to give the car a clean I will get some up with the whole car in the picture too, can't put pictures up on here of a dirty car...

Looks fantastic mate. Gonna get mine done when I can actually get it to move under its own steam.
