Fascia Adapter For 2007 Post-Facelift Avensis

I'd like to replace the head unit on my 2007 post-facelift Avensis with a standard single-DIN unit.

I can find fascia adapters for pre-facelift T25 (2003-2007) and for the T27, but nothing that claims to fit the 2007-2009 T25.

Anyone know if the 2003-2007 adapter will fit?

i bought this fascia from eBay and it fit well in my avensis saloon t25 2007.i think all t25 use the same fascia

Thanks! I assumed because the listing says 2003-2007 that it was deliberately excluding the post-facelift models.

Now I just need to decide on a head unit ...
