I would like to place a towbar on the above toyota, but I need help with making a hole.

There is a drawing on how to, but I have a question:

How do I find the hard of the bumper(how do I messere)

Doesn't the info come with the towbar? The ones I installed (Brink not Bosal)came with an instruction and drawing.
