ma name is Anke. I’m currently studying international business management in London. For my dissertation I created a questionnaire to get insights into the buying behaviour of consumers. The questionnaire deals with car purchasing decisions and the recent issues concerning Toyota, known as the Toyota recall crisis. You can help me to determine a number of facts for my study by completing this questionnaire.
