Do you have good visual access to the changer?? If so you should be able to see who made it. You may need to unfix it to see the manufacturers label. Once you know this you should be able to go to any decent car audio supplier to get one. You could even try a Toyota dealer if its a standard unit though you'll probably pay a fair bit more for it that way. The last one i got for a pioneer 6 stack was £25
