4Afe Manfiold? + Engine Swap

ive just check my corolla sr e11 to find the the manifold looks like its got a 4-2-1 manifold from standard is this true? how easy is it to swap a 4age lump in a e11/ae111 (what do you guys call it honda im good wih toyota im not :) ) be it the ol 130bhp from a ae92 or a 20v blacktop
