1996 Camry Anti Theft Sec For Radio

My mom need help she's retired on social security, shop change the Battery in her car and now the radio is locked and SEC is the only thimng that comaes on. Dealer says 150.00 for the code. She can afford the costs. Can anyone help. It would be greatly appreciated. Thank in advance
