Avensis 2006 Unlock Driver Door First

Dear TOC, is it possible to program the central, that with remote key, when unlock is pressed one time, only drivers door will unlock? And second time, all door will unlock? Mine bimmer has this feature. is it possible to program lights, that they will always work when key is in ON position? Bimmer and mine old Lex ES300 had this feature. I had the light switch always on. When the engine was stopped, keys out and door open, lights went off. It's not that I'm lazy, it's just that I always forget to turn lights on and that I'm driving in places where I normal people would become paranoid (unlocking only drivers door). Otherwise, Avensis is fine car. Please, if you have any suggestion how to achieve this, write to me.
