2004 Avensis Rear Lights Wiring Diagram

Im in the process of re registering my Avensis from UK to Spanish plates. I have already changed the headlamps but when I went for the ITV,Spanish M.O.T it was pointed out that the rear fog and reversing lights were on the wrong side. I am picking up the new left hand drive rear lights tomorrow from Toyota and wondered if anyone here is able to help with a wiring diagram. Any help, even a hand drawn plan would be of great assistance. :help:
