Metal Strip Popped Out

Hi i have a 2000 Avensis and i noticed that there is a thin metal strip that goes under sude light and nead light well the but under the side light at front of car has popped out i tried to get it back in but it just wouldnt budge,

Im afraid to do anything else in case it breaks any clues please

sorry i did make a mistake but any one got any ideas how i can get it back in when i try to get it in the side light is coming out and i get nowhere with it thanks
