Hello!

I have a nice new set of blubs (headlight, side and fog)to fit to my ’97 Carina CD E (Auto). After lifting the bonnet I realise that this may not be such a simple job, as the collant overflow tank is right in front of the lamp on the nearside! Can anyone offer any advice on this before I tackle it at the weekend?

in my 93 carina there is no any bolts on that tank...it just lifts up... simple as that..

cmon mate,just look for a bolt on a tank,if its there on yours just remove it and gently pull the tank up.

thats all. good look
