hi can any one help i have a avensis 1998 r plate it starts but cuts out straight away i have had the fuel pump checked and it isnt that has any one had same problem who can help or any ideas what it can be thank you

When you say it starts , do it rev freely then just die ? Does the exhaust sound OK or is it possible it is blocked ? Is there a blockage in the air intake / filter area?

How long has it done it ?

Are you getting a strong spark ?

Lots of questions but the more info you can give the more likely someone on here can help.
