Iq Speaker Sizes

hi just bought my new iq and was thinking of replacing the Speakers, only thing is i have no idea what size the Speakers are or even how to remove there covers without damaging the car. Does anyone know the size of the front and rear speaker? How do you remove the speaker covers? has anyone installed new Speakers without changing head unit, how did it sound? was it worth it?
