When pulling up to my garage with headlights on, i notice that the passenger headlight beam is a lot lower than the driver one. Is this normal, and if not, where is the screw to adjust them as i cant see it anywhere.

PS - nothing to do with the headlight leveling wheel as that works perfectly

Normally on all cars the drivers headlight s dipped lower than the passengers, from what you are saying it seems yours is theopposite. Obviously the reason for the drivers one being lower is to stop blinding oncoming traffic.

Was yours possibly an import?

I do most things to my car myself but when you start messing with headlight levels it starts to get complicated and you end up failing the next MOT because they have to be spot of for MOT. I would suggest a quick run into a garage for that one, shouldnt cost you very much at all.

Are you sure you are dead-square on the wall? If not you will get false readings too!

As for the adjuster: it's the grey Torx-recepticle on top of the adjuster motor, just behind the headlamp under the bonnet...

Yeah you can even see it's lower when shone on the road. I haven't had any flashes from other drivers so i guess its not dazzling so i'll think i'll get the dealer to have a look at it service time
