hi, i want to remap my 1.4 rolla but i would like some advice or knowledge over it, is it worth remapping and what will be the benefits? how much will it cost?

i would like recommendations and possibly a place where i can get it done (in coventry would be perfect) :D

shall i do anything before i remap the car?

oh thanks for that....hmmmm £269 for 7bhp and 14nm torque? i dont know if that would make a difference and is worth it, are there any other benefits?

Your Petrol Non Turbo powered vehicle will benefit from:

More Horsepower.

More Torque.

Improved throttle response.

Smoother power delivery.

Safer overtaking.

ur not going to get that mute more bhp as it only a 1.4 and toyota have got the most out of it all ready look in to getting a full flow exhaust and a Induction Kit.

yeah shall i get a induction kit first n then get it remmaped, will this help increase the gain in power

remap will cost me £150 which isnt that high like i expected after seeing a few quotes?

any advice anyone?

quite simply you dont remap a n/a

if you want a bit more power then an induction kit and exhaust system is the way

if you want alot more power than a new car is the way :thumbsup:

aha thanks for that, looks like its an induction kit then, probz sumin like a k&n 57i kit

im not sure about the exhaust though :(

dont know too much about exhausts and whats good n whats not

simple backbox and de-cat, cant really go too wrong with that.

where ever you go to get the exhaust done will advise on which would be best :thumbsup:
